Flush windows in Seven Sisters

Around Seven Sisters you will mostly find Victorian terraces, converted flats and flats above High Road shops. Flush windows suit Victorian rear elevations and back additions, giving a cleaner joinery look than storm casements while sash windows stay on the front.

Before choosing flush windows in a flat, confirm the freeholder accepts the colour and profile, since mixed styles across a block can breach lease terms. For landlords upgrading period conversions, flush windows can satisfy owners wanting a heritage look while keeping long-term maintenance lower than painted timber.

For converted flats, we check who owns the windows under the lease and, where needed, help you get freeholder consent. Traffic on the A10 and Seven Sisters Road is constant, so acoustic glazing is often worth adding. We are roughly 2.4 miles from the Edmonton factory.

Flush windows have opening sashes that sit level with the outer frame, recreating the look of traditional timber casements. Made in our own factory, they suit homeowners who want a heritage or contemporary appearance with the low maintenance of a modern frame, especially on period homes and stylish renovations.
