Once your frames are made in our factory, most homes are fitted in one or two days.

Yes. We design and manufacture our frames in our own factory in Edmonton, North London, and our own team fits them. Because there is no middleman, you deal with the people who actually make your windows and doors from survey to aftercare.

Yes — our FENSA registration number is 36583. When we replace windows or doors, we register the work with FENSA so you receive a certificate showing it meets Building Regulations. Keep it safe; you will need it when you sell your home.

Our products come with a 10-year guarantee, backed by insurance, so you are protected even in the unlikely event that we cease trading.

Usually not — like-for-like replacement windows and doors are normally “permitted development”. The exceptions are listed buildings, flats where the lease or freeholder requires consent, and some conservation areas with special rules (called Article 4 directions). We check this at your survey and can provide drawings and product details if you need to apply.

Yes. Finance is available on orders from £1,000 over 1–5 years, subject to status. You can also pay using our standard terms of 50% / 25% / 25%.
