Flush windows in N7

Flush windows suit Victorian rear elevations and back additions, giving a cleaner joinery look than storm casements while sash windows stay on the front.

Before choosing flush windows in a flat, confirm the freeholder accepts the colour and profile, since mixed styles across a block can breach lease terms. On modern homes, flush windows in anthracite grey or black give a sleek, architectural look that pairs well with aluminium doors and rendered walls.

Holloway Road and Camden Road are among the busiest routes in north London, with buses and lorries at all hours, so acoustic glass is often the first thing we discuss. N7 is roughly 4.9 miles from our Edmonton factory.

Flush windows have opening sashes that sit level with the outer frame, recreating the look of traditional timber casements. Made in our own factory, they suit homeowners who want a heritage or contemporary appearance with the low maintenance of a modern frame, especially on period homes and stylish renovations.

• Sashes close flush like traditional joinery
• Low maintenance without repainting
• Balanced sightlines across the whole window
