Flush windows in Willesden Green

Homes in Willesden Green are mostly Victorian and Edwardian bay-fronted terraces, mansion flats and conversions. Flush windows suit Victorian rear elevations and back additions, giving a cleaner joinery look than storm casements while sash windows stay on the front.

Before choosing flush windows in a flat, confirm the freeholder accepts the colour and profile, since mixed styles across a block can breach lease terms. On 1930s bays, flush casements with slim mullions can reflect the original metal or timber windows more closely than chunky storm-style frames.

The Mapesbury conservation area lies just to the east, so if your home is within it, Brent Council expects designs to respect the original look; we check before quoting. Homes close to the High Road or the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines can benefit from acoustic glass. We are about 8.8 miles from Willesden Green.

Flush windows have opening sashes that sit level with the outer frame, recreating the look of traditional timber casements. Made in our own factory, they suit homeowners who want a heritage or contemporary appearance with the low maintenance of a modern frame, especially on period homes and stylish renovations.
